2. Print and FAX your application and resume to the Human Resources department at 432-570-3420.
3. Print and MAIL or DROP OFF your application and resume in to the Human Resources department at 401 E. Illinois Suite 400, Midland, Texas 79701.
4. If you DO NOT have a home computer or have issues accessing or filling out the application, please visit our Human Resources department at 401 E. Illinois Suite 400, Midland, Texas or call 432-570-3322.

A resume cannot be used to replace the application.  Please be sure to send in the fully completed application.  Incomplete or missing applications may be disregarded.

*** Permian Basin Community Centers accepts your electronically submitted application without necessary signatures. On the PDF application, if you have electronic signing capabilities please use them.  Otherwise, leave the signature areas blank and when you are called in to interview you will be given the opportunity to sign them.
