Permian Basin Community Centers (PBCC) provides supports, resources, and opportunities to enable people with mental illness, mental retardation, or chemical dependency to live satisfying, responsible, and productive lives to the fullest extent of their abilities. Programs include Early Childhood Intervention (ECI), Crisis Intervention, Mental Retardation programs, and chemical dependency programs including Turning Point. PBCC serves the counties of Brewster, Culberson, Ector, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, Midland, Pecos, and Presidio.
